Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Contractor Toolbox, a software application owned and operated by Contractor Toolbox LLC. By using Contractor Toolbox, you agree to these Terms.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Contractor Toolbox. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Contractor Toolbox, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, violate applicable laws, or use the service to infringe the rights of others.
Account Termination
Contractor Toolbox LLC may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risks, or use the service in a way that may cause harm to Contractor Toolbox LLC, other users, or third parties.
Service Availability
Contractor Toolbox is provided on an “as available†basis. Contractor Toolbox LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Contractor Toolbox is provided “as is†without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contractor Toolbox LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of Contractor Toolbox.
Changes to These Terms
Contractor Toolbox LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Contractor Toolbox after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Information We Collect
Contractor Toolbox collects user account data, including name, email address, and authentication information. Contractor Toolbox also collects Google user data via Google OAuth, including [insert Google scopes you are requesting, e.g., Google Calendar events / Gmail metadata].
How We Use Information
We use collected information strictly to provide the user-facing features of Contractor Toolbox, including syncing project timelines, managing contractor workflows, and displaying relevant application data to the user.
Google Limited Use Compliance
Contractor Toolbox’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Sharing & Advertising
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for serving targeted advertisements. We do not transfer Google user data to third-party data brokers.
Data Deletion
Users may disconnect their Google account at any time to delete all cached tokens and cached Google user data associated with their account. Users may also request deletion by contacting matt@contractor-toolbox.com.
